We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday HCM Consultant to support Workday HCM implementation, configuration, testing, reporting and HR technology initiatives.
You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and business teams to support Workday solutions and improve HR processes.

• Assist with Workday HCM implementation, configuration and support activities.
• Gather and document HR and functional requirements.
• Support Workday business processes and configuration activities.
• Assist with areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits and Absence Management.
• Support employee data management, validation and reconciliation.
• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with Workday releases, enhancements and system updates.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and support resolution activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user guides.
• Assist with Workday reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
• Provide end-user support and assist with training activities.
