  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Description

A well-established textile manufacturer is seeking  Textile Machine Operators for temp-to-hire opportunities in Blacksburg, SC. Openings are available across multiple production areas, including  Finishing, Dye House, Prep, and Quality Assurance (QA) . Team members will support textile production by operating or monitoring equipment, following production and quality procedures, and helping maintain an efficient workflow. Candidates must be able to  rotate weekly between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts .

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and support textile production equipment according to established work procedures
• Prepare materials and assist with production processes within Finishing, Dye House, Prep, or QA departments
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report defects or production concerns
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting daily production goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be available to  rotate shifts weekly between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions and established production procedures
• Ability to maintain attention to detail while working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a production team
• Dependable attendance and schedule flexibility are required
