Reliability & professionalism
Consistently on time for all visits and walks
Comfortable following detailed pet and home instructions
Strong communication skills (responsive to messages, clear visit notes and photos)
Experience with pets
Prior professional or personal experience with caring for dogs and cats
Confident handling different sizes, ages, temperaments, and breeds
Comfortable with basic wellness checks and giving medication
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Consistent access to a vehicle
Able to drive between visits within the service area
