We are seeking an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement, event operations, and team activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating activities, working with people, creating positive event experiences, and developing strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities

Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Support event setup, operation, and breakdown. Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Assist with lead generation and customer engagement during events. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event operations. Maintain organized and professional event areas. Communicate event updates and customer feedback to team members. Help ensure promotional materials and supplies are available when needed. Support individual and team goals during events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, energetic, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees. Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Goal-oriented and customer-focused. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
