Key Duties: Manage census, billing, and collections for IL, AL, and SNF facilities. Oversee private payor collections to meet 98% collection rate targets. Apply payments (cash, check, ACH, credit card). Handle ancillary charges, write-offs, and RFMS filings. Coordinate with department heads and administration. Analyze financial data and prepare refunds. Requirements: 3+ years in billing/collections with some general ledger/financial analysis experience.
